Starz Entertainment is casting for the role of “Spartacus”. Follow the instructions below to submit your audition. Please read all instructions carefully before submitting.
SPARTACUS CASTING BREAKDOWN
SPARTACUS
In his mid to late 30’s, tall and muscular, leader of men, smart, intense, passionate. Having successfully led the revolt against the house of Batiatus, he now turns his vengeance against the Roman soldier who enslaved him.... MUST HAVE AUTHENTIC BRITISH ACCENT. SPARTACUS SERIES MAY CONTAIN SEXUAL SITUATIONS. TALENT MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH BACKSIDE NUDITY. NO FULL FRONTAL.
STORY LINE: The second season of the breakout hit “Spartacus: Blood and Sand” continues as Spartacus and his men plot to seek revenge against Rome.
AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
2. State your name and height.
3. Start with a wide shot so that we can see your entire physique. Move to a close up, and then back away to an above waist shot. We must be able to see your chest. So please audition without a shirt.
4. Submission materials should not: (1) contain nudity or sexually explicit content; or (2) deviate in any way from the audition scene provided.
5. As stated in the breakdown, you must have an authentic British accent. Scene should be performed in that accent.
6. Please submit no more than (2) takes of your audition.
