Andrea just sent over the card scans of the Rittenhouse 2012 Premium pack release including the 2 promo cards and the 2 autographs she has so far.

There are also a few incentive cards: a box-topper is an Andy Whitfield Shadowbox card (don't know what they look like in person), the 2 box incentive is an Andy as Spartacus relic/costume card and the 4 box incentive is a Peter Mensah autograph.

There is also a Rittenhouse Rewards card (you have to collect the points on the wrappers/packs of RA products and send them to Rittenhouse to exchange them for a Rewards card) featuring Barca on a Gold Plaque card # GG7.
